Welcome to your new Saniwerke Jumbo Haven Lounger—a spacious, handwoven hammock chair designed for ultimate relaxation. To ensure safe and correct assembly, please follow this guide step-by-step before your first use.

Assembly Instructions

Step 1: Assemble the Central Hub

Place a soft cloth on your work surface to protect the wood.
Insert the Middle Connecting Rod through the central bore of Middle F-Block B.
Thread the rod into the pre-embedded nut of Middle F-Block A.
Secure the connection with the provided hardware, but do not fully tighten any bolts yet.

Step 2: Attach the First Side Frame

Take 2 Curved Rods and connect them to one end of the Middle Connecting Rod.
Use M10x10mm bolts (2), washers (4), and lock nuts (2) as shown in the manual.
Important: The side of the curved rod with the countersunk hole (for hiding the bolt head) must face outward.
Do not fully tighten the nuts at this stage.

Step 3: Attach the Second Side Frame

Repeat Step 2 with the remaining 2 Curved Rods on the opposite end of the Middle Connecting Rod.
Again, ensure the countersunk holes face outward and do not fully tighten the hardware.

Step 4: Install the Support Legs

Secure the pre-assembled frame to the left and right Support Legs.
Use M10x10mm bolts (4), washers (8), and nuts (4).
Note: The support legs are designed to appear slightly inclined inward for structural stability.
Keep all connections loose for now.

Step 5: Install the Hanging Rods

Attach the 2 Hanging Rods to the top of the frame on both sides.
Use M10x10mm bolts (4), washers (8), and lock nuts (4).
Ensure the countersunk holes on the hanging rods face outward.
All bolts should still be left loose.

Step 6: Final Assembly & Hanging

Install the eye bolts (2), washers (4), and lock nuts (2) on both sides of the top frame.
Hang your handwoven hammock chair using the S-hooks, carabiners, and chains.
Adjust the suspension height with the chains until it is comfortable.
Final Check: Once everything is in place, tighten all nuts and bolts securely. Inspect every connection to ensure the structure is firm, stable, and safe for use.

Critical Safety Information

Weight Limit: Maximum 400 lbs (180 kg). For one adult only.
Installation: Mount the base on level ground only. Secure the stand with the included ground stakes on grass or soil.
Usage: Do not swing more than 8 inches (20 cm) forward/backward. Side-to-side swinging is prohibited.
Safety: Never allow children to climb or play on the lounger. It is not a toy.
Inspection: Check all ropes and joints for fraying or loose knots before each use.
